Registration to IPSERA 2026 conference is now open. Please note that at least one author needs to be registered by March 13, 2026 in order for a paper to be included in the program.

Full conference fee (member/non-member) includes the scientific program, lunches, coffees, and all evening social events.
Accompanying person fee* (for partners and spouses) includes only the social events (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday evenings). This means that accompanying persons cannot attend the scientific conference program.
Practitioner day fee** includes attendance only at Tuesday scientific conference program and the social event of Monday evening in Zetor. Please note that the Tuesday evening social event and the Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday scientific programs are not included in the practitioner day fee.

Reduced-fees for PhD students and post-docs***
Up to 35 attendees will be granted reduced fees (200€), according to these criteria:

• All PhD students accepted to give a presentation in the Doctoral Workshop will receive a code for the reduced conference fee
• Any remaining reduced fees can be applied after January 30, 2026, by the PhD students (not participating in the Doctoral Workshop) or post-doc researchers who have submitted a competitive paper to the main conference. Apply by sending an email to bursaries@ipsera.com,  with proof of enrollment and confirmation of paper submission/ acceptance.
